Lead by Example

Daniel 1

Daniel is a great example of a person who leads by example. His faith leads him to make decisions based on what he believes.

I have never seen a leader who is not sure of what he believes. He may not know how to achieve something or how to overcome a hurdle but he or she believes in something and that belief us what focuses him or her on the goal!

A focused person demands people to follow because the leader will not follow anything that does not agree with their belief. So people who are followers see the leaders and their belief, their values and there lives as something worth following.

Here’s the interesting part: We are all examples of our belief. So do we choose to be a leader who is sure of what they believe or a follower who is easily swayed and changed depending on the person we follow.

I choose to know what I believe so that when life hits hard with tough times, I will know how to react and respond in a way that I know is correct.

I believe in Jesus Christ and everything I see in His word (the bible) makes perfect sense and has become easier and easier for me to apply to my life. Simply because I have come to realize through study and life experience that doing things God’s way bring blessing upon my life. That’s how God intended it to be in the first place!
